I recommend the dark shade if you are someone who already has an olive undertone or a base tan already to prevent being orange with this because it definitely can be an intense shade! I have an olive undertone already and I find that I can build this self tan 2-3 times and not be orange! I always get compliments on my tan when I wear this. I also find this is easy to apply with a mitt and I hardly ever have any streaks. Just make sure to exfoliate and moisturize before application as you normally would!

A good value tanning brand that suits my medium toned skin. Needs careful application and blending as it is quite an intense shade (not one for self tan novices). No irritation on my skin, which can be sensitive
