While using a bar of shampoo was a new experience for me, it was overall a pleasant one with this Spring & Vine Scalp Soothing Shampoo Bar… I received a mini size in my Target Beauty Box and have been using it regularly ever since. First and foremost, it’s not as intimidating as it seems. You just swipe it on your wet hair and in between your hands to lather it up. This bar lathers up quite nicely, so you’ll be able to thoroughly massage the suds into your hair with no problem. Once you rinse clean, you’re left with refreshed hair and a very happy scalp. I love how this product clarifies my hair & scalp with tea tree oil and mint, it’s an invigorating and effective cleansing experience in my shower. The concentrated formula will last you awhile and the bar takes up less space for easy travel. The formula is also free of sulfates, parabens, silicones, dyes, phthalates, mineral oils, and synthetic fragrances. Not to mention, these Spring & Vine shampoo bars are made with up to 90% less water and 95% less plastic packaging versus a traditional bottle of shampoo,… They are also PETA-certified vegan and cruelty-free, not tested on animals, and packaged in a recyclable paper box. I would honestly recommend this if you’re looking for a travel-friendly and sustainable way to wash your hair and achieve a balanced scalp that doesn’t itch or flake! I am happy with my experience with this product and I am looking forward to trying the other varieties of shampoo bars they offer!

Thanks to Shopper Army, I received this Spring & Vine Tea Tree & Mint Scalp Soothing Shampoo Bar, complimentary, in exchange for my review. The following opinions are 100% authentic and my own. Spring & Vine is one of my newest favorite soap brands. This brand is really innovative and modern with this line actually being shampoo but in bar form, which I will admit seemed a little strange at first, but now I can't get enough of bar shampoos and conditioners. This particular one is a scalp soother which I love. It eliminated dandruff, flaky dry scalp skin, all the while soothing, cooling, and most importantly cleaning my scalp. I tend to get a lot of dandruff and dry, itchy spots on my scalp and this bar shampoo really helped. No lathering issues, the bar is lasting quite a while, and it's free of those Parabens, silicones, and synthetic fragrances, but keeping all the natural ingredients that do good for our hair!

It smells mildly minty, not overwhelming, and it has a nice, pleasing scent. I thought the bar was small and perhaps wouldn't last long or even do the job well, but it has lasted a very long time more than bottles of shampoo I've bought! I have struggled with itchy scalp and dandruff, and this has eased my sorrows and complaints, and it lathers so well and covers every inch of my head! I have no complaints, so I am definitely purchasing and using more shampoo bars!
