I started taking these due to several tik toks I’ve seen where influencers suggest gelatin to help your skin look amazing. I have definitely noticed a nice subtle glow, my skin seems much bouncier, more elastic, and my deep acne scars have seemed more plumped up lately and not looking like I took a scalpel to my face. I would like to find a gelatin supplement that doesn’t contain sodium lauryl sulfate or possibly contain other unregulated ingredients tho👀
