SPRI LARGE Exercise Mat this is a 4x6 X 7mm it use with my Treadmill to keep it from leaving mark on my Carpet and it Black and Tough and it stay in place and I am happy about that and if something get Spill I just roll it up if it a sticky stuff and take it outside and hose it off or otherwise we just use wet cloth and solar it holding up really well after having this for a few years
