I bought the product with the roller, and I felt that it helps with sweating, and I honestly feel like I've noticed a difference.like the I loved it! I think I'll get a smaller size now. I should have gotten a small. I recommend trying it.

I have bought many waist trainer ,this one is unique on its way .its breathable .The size was true .The material wasn’t scratchy .i felt comfortable wearing it at the gym .
