I use Sweet Sweat before cardio, the heat effect appears, sweating increases. The cream is light, quickly absorbed. It has no pungent odour. Convenient packaging in the form of a stick.

Sweet sweat is a great product. I use it to help my athletes get down to weight for wrestling. It allows my athletes to quickly shed the excess water weight in order to get down to their competition weight.

I bought the product and used it for two months. It has a refreshing scent and is a good moisturizer, but I don't see that it has benefited my hip area or helped with weight loss.
