These taste great, and do their job, but with too much sugar. Sugar is the number one ingredient. Would prefer something a bit healthier.

While training and during races, I prefer to use Sport Beans over Gu. They are tasty and go down a lot easier. The only thing I don't like is that it gets stuck in your teeth but, that goes away pretty fast!
