After using these I really didn't notice a difference :/ they taste all right but I felt no change in my energy levels
I love these because they are portable and feels like you're eating candy. Best thing for long runs, or a race where you want some extra energy. I would recommend it!
They are great if you need energy, but I personally think they taste awful. I"ve only tried them once but I wasn't impressed.
These are super tasty, come in a wide variety of flavors, they're fun to eat because they're jelly beans, and give you a little pinch of energy.

Love the orange flavored ones. I eat a few before after and during my run. They are easy to carry and can be used as a quick snack if things get real. I love that they taste like candy and not like a sports food.
I ran a marathon and did some triathlons, the sport beans were some of my favorite. It was just so much more delicious that the goopy gels. It's quick energy and yummy.
I tried these little guys a few days ago during a run. I was feeling tired and decided to pop one in to see if it would do anything. To my surprise, I caught my second wind from one of these little jelly beans. The only draw back is that it made me feel really thirsty. However, the taste was good! I just needed some water to wash it down. Otherwise, I would recommend giving them a shot!
I bought these to use before a big soccer game. I have to say these definitely gave me a boost but not the one i was wanting i would want these for like pre-season training but not for a big game. Overall they are a good product and i would buy them again!
