I am a big fan of the good oil and especially when I am serving to my family, fresh salads and organic is a must have, hardly have no taste to it and compared to others it’s good consistency but the aroma of the sunflower seeds is absent, I use it for a specific dish from the fresh carrots and garlic and it seems blends well for the authentic taste, use it as well for frying or saute veggies, price is ok and most I like the shape of the glass bottle and how easy I can create my dishes, reccomend
