I received this complimentary beauty item to review. I was excited based on the ingredients. It has licorice root, bearberry and emblica root. However, the pads are very thin. They don't quit rip during use, but seem very fragile. I do like the way my skin feels after use. It then could increase the durability of the pad that would be a great product improvement.
