I’ve been eating Special K cereal for a few years and i love the real almonds in this one. The cereal is high and finrrr and lie in fat. It is still cereal of course, so uit does have carbs but overall it’s great

The taste of the cereal was okay but I wouldn't recommend eating it if you do have braces because of the crunchiness of the almonds. But overall great cereal.
