Kellogg’s Special K Protein 10g Original Multi- Grain Touch of Cinnamon is my go to breakfast or late night snack food. I love that it has 10 grams of protein. There is 270 calories in a serving with milk. I can handle that. There is just the right amount of cinnamon. It’s just a touch. This is nice and crunchy. Much more than the original Special K. If you are looking for a high protein cereal I recommend you give it a try.

J'en mangeais beaucoup avant car je pensais que c'était idéal pour faire attention à son poids. Au final c'est quand même assez calorique et sucré mais c'est bon et croustillant.
