I LOVE to wear liquid eyeliner. I can go with no other makeup but eyeliner is my go-to. And waterproof liquid eyeliner is my favorite. With that said, this is by far the gentlest *BUT MOST EFFECTIVE* waterproof eye makeup remover I have ever used! Love this! And it’s so great for my sensitive eyes. Highly recommend! (The ONLY downside that I have with this is I have to use a cotton ball or pad to use this formula, but I can switch to reusable cotton pads so it’s not the end of the world)

I tried a sample of this for a few days, and it does remove makeup, but I didn't like it and don't recommend it. I first washed my face and then put some on a tissue and applied to my shut eyes. I was wearing mascara, mascara primer, and eyeliner. After use, it stung my eyes. The price is so high I would not buy it. I prefer the Almay eye makeup remover Wipes. No stinging there. Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover Pads, 120 count, make up remover wipes (2 Pack)

LOVE THIS STUFF I use it pretty much everyday just to make sure I have everything off my eye lashes. It also makes them so soft and makes they look really good.
