This meal has a really great taste. I really liked that it had lots of the brand & corn in it because I expected it to be a little skin on them (like most of these meals are). The only complaint was that I booked it according to the instructions & it overcooked the rice.

I love this for an easy meal. The beans and rice are filling and we often use it as either a side dish or a main dish. The flavor is wonderful and our favorite is to use it as a stuffed pepper filling.

I honestly didn't have high expectations for this product, not because of the brand reputation or anything of that nature but because preprepared rice dishes are sometimes questionable as the rice is either undercooked or overcooked. Cheesy dishes are also often questionable because they either aren't cheesy enough or the cheese tastes artificial. This product is cheesy and the rice is the perfect consistency. I also love that it's easily prepared in the microwave. I didn't want to cook today, so this was wonderful to have on hand!
