This is my second bag of this size and my parakeet absolutely loves it! I have had a few birds before with differnt food brands. When I rescued her I knew I had to change her diet to something healthier and size appropriate, I was recommended this brand by a bird owner and gave it a try. My bird started to look healthier and sound happier, and for a bag this size, lasts me quite a bit. For the price I think it is absolutely worth it. I only will buy this from now on for her main food in her cage!

When I got my green cheek, they were on the zupreem fruit blend. However, I heard this is more nutritious. Overall, a medium bag lasts a long time, and it's the daily diet for my conure along with fresh veggies.

This retails around $20 USD per bag, opening is very tricky to make sure you don't cut off the resealable part of the bag! The size and shape of the pellets are also perfect for both regular feeding and treats. I could see many DIY uses for this style of food! Even my outdoor wild/native birds are obsessed with this blend! I had to see if it would work in small seed feeders, and it does! Perfect to mix in for everyone to get some additional nutrition during this crazy cold!
