I have been taking Solgar zinc for many years. It works well for keeping my immune system and overall body health. It hasn’t specific smell or taste. It has good packaging and worth every penny of that.

Kosher brand that we use on the regular. Easy on the stomach. I am@confident to say that this is a dependable brand overall!

 If you hate taking horse pills then this is for you. These are small round pills that are easy to swallow. Recommended. 

I really like this brand of Zinc and it has been easy to find during this pandemic. It breaks in half easily if you need to take a half dose. Great to have on hand during cold and flu season too!

Solgar is one of the best brand of vitamins out there. This particular vitamin is great for allowing the body to heal efficiently, helps with your immune system and sense of smell. As someone who has a family history of osteoporosis it is important in the healing process. Since this is a reputable brand the pricing tends to be expensive. I have found amazing deals online though.
