Vitamin D3 is good for immune support, bone health, and hormone support. Goes down easy and seems to work. I have been taking D3 for a while and I recently switched to this brand. I like it and it doesn't make me gag like some others. Haha. I will be using this again.

I like those vitamins, I have no noisea after and they work well. But their version with softgels is easier to swallow

All the products of this brand are the best. I have taste B12, and now D3. I was in the limit ( I had 7 ) and after 3 months I had 40. The recommended allowance was 2 times/week. It's expensive but it worth. Because the results are great. I taken it , April May and June.
