I’ve been taking these for a month and I’ve seen improvement with my hair and nails so it does work, the quality of these are alright ingredients seem pretty fine I haven’t had issues, packaging it’s a big jar but not a lot of pills it is worth the value and I will be ordering more.

Can anyone tell me how to take Solgar Biotin 5000 mcg pills. Should I swallow it or dissolve in water? It has a plastic also in it. It says it is water soluble. Can i swallow it as it is? Please help
