I've been taking magnesium glycinate for a week now, and I've noticed a huge difference in my sleep quality! I wake up less drowsy now and with more energy. I'm also having some skin irritation with allergies right now, and who knows if it's due to this, but it's starting to clear up now.

A lot of magnesium products claim they’re going to help with stress relief and sleep aid however they use the wrong form of magnesium and it has the wrong effect leading people to believe that magnesium does not work. This form of magnesium however is correct and works like a dream to help me get a good nights rest. I take 4 caps 30 min before bed and let myself relax!

I have suffered from debilitating migraines since my teenage years. I came across some research on magnesium glycinate that seemed promising. I began taking this Solaray brand I purchased at Sprouts and noticed a decrease in the frequency of my migraines. It is not a cure all, but i definitely noticed a difference. I now take it in addition to a prescribed medication and I am virtually migraine free. I recommend anyone with migraines do some research and give it a try.

Good product. I took to help with anxiety, they definitely helpeld, only took one capsule per day, not a whole dose. I recommend to anyone struggling with anxiety to mention magnesium to your doctor as an option for treatment.

I started taking 2 a day to try and prevent my migraines. I noticed an overall decrease in frequency. I take 3 or 4 on days I feel I may be getting one.
