This tumbler looks good and that is the only upside to it. The downsides are the build quality, material, finish and everything else. This is absolutely not for hot drinks and I would skeptical to put ice in it because of the low quality material it is built from. Listen to me and stay away from it. I’m giving this 2 stars only because it looks cute. I would be surprised if I can get 10 uses out of it.

I received the Zak! Softie at heart tumbler in exchange for an honest review. First of all the cup is super cute. The top is 3D which really adds to it, however the seam on the top is pretty noticeable. It’s lightweight and the plastic feels very thin. I was worried that it would melt in the dishwasher but it has held up. I was also worried that the top would be too heavy, causing it to tip over easily but that doesn’t seem to be an issue either. It is branded as a color changing cup, but it really doesn’t change colors and just changes shades of pink instead. I use mine for iced coffee.

This cup is incredibly appealing. It is very cute & fun to use. I love the color changing feature with cold beverages! The only thing I’ve had an issue with is mine had a defect on the whip design. It would be better if it came with a straw cleaner also. Overall, I’m really thankful to have been sent this for my honest opinion!
