All of the Pureology products are concentrated, so little is needed - that and because they're so natural is why they're expensive. I have a good amount of wavy-curly long hair and when I smooth it, I need to remember to hold back using this - too much in one place can make hair feel heavy, but just the right amount makes it lustrous. This keeps hair feeling moist, smooth, and adds a beautiful and natural-looking gloss. I'm a big fan of Pureology and the products should be chosen by a professional with experience with them because they're formulated for specific hair types that they work exceptionally well on. I feel this way as a hair professional anyways though, but so many people have too much stuff they don't use because they weren't carefully chosen by someone who has experience with he product or the hair. Matching products to a head of hair is a fine balance and one which I began to appreciate more over the decades. I love every Pureology product for the right head of hair, used the right way. That said, this is an amazing product: go easy and work up to an amount that's just right and you'll love it.

This product makes my hair smooth and soft. The silky thick gel texture is easy to apply to the hair. The serum has a nice light scent. I like the finish on my hair. Easy to brush and style. This product has heat protection, color protection, and frizz control. You can use it on damp hair or on dry hair to tame fly-aways.

I like to use this when I’m blow drying my hair and I need some frizz control for my dry hair. It works very well to smooth my hair and make it soft. Definitely worth the price rage.
