I never received the Lip Plumper I ordered, and the company showed zero interest in helping resolve the issue. After reaching out multiple times, I was met with vague responses and no real support. It felt like once they had my money, they no longer cared about customer service. Extremely disappointing experience — I would not recommend ordering from this company. They even sent me an image of my package dumped at a random door which was not my address, not to mention I paid extra for shipping insurance. Please be wary.

I was so excited to receive it, I tried it out immediately and to my disappointment I saw zero results. There was definitely tingling on my lips and tongue as well but as far as noticing any changes, NOTHING AT ALL. I feel it's expensive due to the fact that it did nothing a lip plumper from CVS for $5:00 couldn't achieve. It came packaged nicely but I bought it for the effect not packaging and I'm so disappointed. Second night of using and I still haven't noticed anything. I've read some of the reviews and I didn't realize you have to use it for a couple days so I'm doing what one of the other commenters suggested, applying it at night before bed. I definitely fell the tingling sensation.
