This pepper has great flavor. It has a little more heat than regular black pepper. The grind size can be adjusted to very fine to very coarse, so it should make everyone happy. One thing I was really looking forward to though is that it was supposed to be smoked pepper, however (and this is the only downside) we did not taste a smoky/smoked flavor. I would definitely order this pepper again though!
