The quality control on this bacon is abysmal. It has excessive fat, some slices are paper thin and the next will be 5x thicker, there is a whole section of the cut that falls out. I have had many different store brand bacons that are higher quality than this. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed in this bacon by Smithfield. It was on sale so we decided to try it. The bacon was very greasy and it cooked up very small? The pieces shrunk to more than half their size. Also the bacon was very tough. I compared it to beef jerky to be honest. I thought it looked good after cooking but was very underwhelmed. The only positive I can say is that it was cheap and not very salty tasting.

The Flavor is ok, cooks up a little this and has a bit of grease. It's as good as the Store brands, and I will buy this if it's on Sale for my Son and his friends on Saturday morning breakfast.
