OMG. so heavenly. If you don't like the saltiness, just rinse it or soak in water for 5 minutes. This makes a great addition to dry beans, green beans, or as a biscuit topping.

This ham is absolutely delicious. If you do not know about country ham you should try it but be ready, it is salty. My grandmother cooked this in a tiny bit of coffee in the frying pan. Great for putting on biscuits for a fast sandwich. To offset some of the salt taste you can add jelly to the biscuit. Delicious southern food.
