('23) IC: This Charity The Smile Train is worthwhile in helping an infant that is Born with the condition cleft. ✓Through vast amounts of surgeries and hospital stays, Smile Train helps people who are in need. ✓Without proper treatment some infants are born severely damaged facial scars, that limits them to breathe the right way. ✓Some can smile, let alone communicate. ✓The Smile Train is a large charity that accepts donations. I would recommend any and all of us who donate when and where we can.
