This is one of the first high-end powders I ever purchased, and considering how small the shade range is, I was pretty impressed by the color match. At certain times of year, it’s a bit to deep and warm, but in summer when I’m at my bronziest, it’s a perfect match. The formula is more firm than some other high-end powders I’ve used, like KVD Lock-It and Benefit Hello Flawless, but not as firm as Pur 4-in-1. This does offer great coverage on its own on the days I don’t want to wear liquid foundation. However, I mostly use this as a finishing powder over a liquid or cream foundation. It gives coverage, but doesn’t look powdery on the face. I have repurchased this, but will most likely not repurchase again given the high price. If you’re looking for a high-end powder, this is a good option if you can catch it on sale and in your shade. 4/5- star deducted due to exorbitant price and poor shade range.

I LOVE THIS FOUNDATION. I do not purchase it often because it's so pricey but it's one product I will splurge on occasionally. I have very textured skin, huge, visible pores and it's just extremely difficult to make my skin look nice. This does the trick! I wish it wasn't so expensive and I would wear it everyday. It truly is like a real life filter for your face. Definitely recommend.

It has good coverage for a powder foundation. It did look very cakey on my face however. Also I’m very pale and their lightest shade was slightly too dark for me. I wish they had a better shade range

About medium coverage powder foundation. I use it after liquid foundation to set it. Feels nice on the skin and it doesn’t settle into lines or wrinkles. I have oily skin and it doesn’t break down or make me look like an oil slick at the end of the night.

I was given this powder as a gift and fell in love with It! It's one of the few powders I can wear alone and get full coverage but feel like I'm not wearing makeup. Occasionally I will wear it lightly on top of my foundation and it evens out my skin tone and my makeup look lasts longer.

I bought this after a friend raved about it and I’m so glad I got this!! One of my favorites. I always use it when I want to put color back into my complexion after setting my face. Definitely want more! Smashbox Photo Filter Powder Foundation

I was amazed at the amount of coverage this foundation has. It feels great on the skin and doesn't slip around throughout the day like some liquid foundations can do. My only complaint is that the lightest shade is still a tiny bit too dark for me.

I LOVE THIS FOUNDATION it does not show up on your skin cakey at all. I was introduced to it at Sephora and been buying it ever since. It’s a bit pricey but worth it cause of the quality and it lasts a long time because you don’t need much.

I got my color picked for me/matched for me by a sephora employee. It is a great powder, but the color is too warm for my skin, I cannot wear this in the winter months when I dont have a tan. It lasts a long time and it's definitely high quality, just makesure you really apply it when you test out the color

Does it compare? Is this as good as the halo hydrating perfecting powder which is the smashbox loose powder? Is there a brush you'd recommend using with their powders? Mine is not soft enough and a tad bit scratchy if you know what I mean. Thanks! Update: I got one of the Makeup Geek powder foundation brushes and it’s not only super soft and great quality but SO AFFORDABLE!! I’m officially hooked.

I saw some pretty impressive reviews on this online , however i haven't been able to find an accurate ingredient list and with my extremely picky skin i don't want to spend good money on a product i wont be able to use. Does anyone know if this powder contains Octyl Methoxycinnamate more commonly know as Octinoxate? or similar ingredients?

Ive been trying to find a powder that wont be too cakey but some one told me to try this but im scared to waste my money and time and have more wasted products in my drawer is this powder good on African American skin? Will i get flash back from my camera? Is it good on combination skin? Will it last throw sweat? Is it worth the money?
