As you can see from the picture I have shared, this is a product I really use often. Whenever I have any waterproof makeup, which is super difficult to takeoff, this is my go-to. For how well it functions, the price is completely justified, because it cleanses and takes off the makeup very gently, without causing any irritation/ stripping the skin off of moisture. One cotton swab saturated with the product goes a very long way. I usually need just a couple to remove a full face of makeup.

While this retails for $20, I picked this up at Marshall’s for $9.99. I will say this product works extremely well and it does seem to have an oil base. This removed everything from my eyes in 1 swipe. This is perfect for those hard to remove mascaras and winged liners. Definitely recommend
