Smart Sense tablets are ok if you are in a pinch . I try to buy name brand most of the time . However theses work just as well

The common product is acetaminophen in these medicines, and this has as much as the name brand. So its works just as well. Loses a star because although this product is good, there isnt a good product line up like PM or with caffeine

It's a pretty good pain reliever, me and my boyfriend have used this product and it seems to work pretty good
