Quick morning breakfast for workdays. High protein and taste amazing. The eggs has good consistency and smells great. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

Smart ones breakfast options are quick and easy to make. They taste great and the cheese melts perfectly. The portion is perfect so that you don’t feel like you over ate during the morning.

A pretty small portion but I expected that. Unfortunately when you have a meal with frozen eggs, it just isn’t that great—it’s easy to prepare and the ingredients aren’t awful, it just doesn’t have a great flavor. Eggs aren’t hard to make from scratch so I think I would probably just do that instead.
