My kid sleeps on this mattress and she has had it for a few years now. She mentions that she can feel the coils so I've added an extra cushion of protection to help with that.

if you don't ever sleep or sit on it. However if you actually USE this mattress, it's horrible. It's NOT designed to be flipped, in spite of how it is often advertised and quickly develops dips and lumps (within the first year) leading to terrible sleep unless you invest in a VERY thick mattress topper for this beast.

I purchased a couple of these mattresses for a guest room and they are perfect for that. I wouldn’t use this as my primary mattress as an adult because it’s not as supportive as some of the more expensive brands but in a guest room or even for kids these are a great value.

This is great for a bed in a box. It gets more comfortable over time. This is a good option if you are tight on funds but need a bed.
