My experience with this product was overall pretty great, besides not being a very big fan of chocolate the taste was actually not bad, considering it's a weight loss supplement. It has a thick and almost silky texture with a rich, creamy flavor. It's super convenient single-serving packaging makes for an easy grab-and-go meal replacement for a busy mom of 5, like me on days that I don't have time to sit down and eat a meal. Instead, I can just grab one of these and enjoy it on the go while driving my daughter's to dance class or while cheering my boys on from the sidelines during football games. All while still getting that mealtime fullness and curbing those in-between meal snack cravings.

These are great for nutient replacement. The taste is alright, and they offer a couple of different flavors. I do not like as a meal replacement as I didn't feel full after drinking.
