I have two containers of this wonderful stuff. The taste is pretty good. I have the orange pineapple flavor. My hair and skin and nails seem to be much healthier. All you have to do is have yourself 16 oz of water and that’s it. Just pour it in the water.

I recently purchased the tropical fruit flavor and I’ve been drinking it everyday. It has plenty of flavor and not too heavy of a drink. I do see an improvement in my energy. it also is supposed to make my skin clearer which i have gotten compliments on but it all seems to good to be true. i see not change in weight yet but maybe that is yet to coms.

I has been using this one for 3 months. My skin and nails look stronger. But I don’t think it can keep you skinny shape. I gain weight :)) I like this tropical punch flavor. One reason for minus one star because of price. You can find some collagen supplements with cheaper prices
