I think this product is okay. Maybe I needed to use ot longer but I didn't notice a huge difference. I like that it's vegan, and you don't feel any bad after effects from taking it, but I decided to look elsewhere.

I love all of hum products, I have only tried this one off and on. Doesn’t make you skinny but definitely curbs your appetite. Feel fuller longer.
