I was deciding between the TNS Advanced Serum and this one but ultimately went with the formula that has the highest concentration of exosomes. The TNS Recovery Complex contains 94% Human Fibroblast Conditioned Media (HFCM) - cells that produce collagen and elastin, helping to promote skin regeneration and rejuvenation. I’ve been using the serum for about two months now. The results weren’t immediate, but they’ve been steady and noticeable over time. My skin looks plumper, has a healthy dewy glow, and my pores appear more refined. overall, there’s a visible improvement in my complexion. One thing I’ve noticed is that I usually get hyperpigmentation from post-hormonal breakouts, and I’ve never developed a keloid on my face before. However, I recently noticed a small keloid forming from a post-blemish scar. I’m not sure if it’s related to the increased collagen activity from using this serum, but I’ll be keeping an eye on it. The texture is quite thick and doesn’t spread easily and it took me a little time to get used to. I’ve found that dotting it along my face and mixing it with a bit of hyaluronic acid serum helps it spread more evenly. Overall, I love the results so far and plan to continue using TNS products.

This is a great growth factor serum, I slightly prefer the TNS Advanced+ Serum which is why I’m not raging this one five stars. The only thing I don’t love is that it is slightly tacky on my skin, but it truly does work wonders!
