Flavor wise not my favorite, would probably enjoy the fruit punch more but this was the only flavor in stock at the time. The price though is awesome especially as an introductory to using pre workout without having to spend a ton of money.

I like the flavor although only 4 stars because sometimes it tastes chalky. I feel that this pre-workout gives me good energy to get in a good workout and to lift heavier.
