It tingles a little but you know it's working because you can feel your stomach getting tighter. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants abs without the extra work.

This is only day 2 n used it for 4 times now n god it feels so wired but in a other hand it feels good lol But i gotta say i hope it does work
