This foam roller is awesome! It’s great for those days you are so sore after an intense workout! Or after a day of sitting at the computer and using this to reset your posture!

Great to roll out kinks in my back, very basic foam roller. I don't do this too often but I've done it a few times and it definitely helps relieve some tension!

These are great to roll on your calves when you're having a sore calf day. They're also great for your hips when you're trying to release the achiness after a great workout.
