This is a great and inexpensive option for a home gym. Very resistant and wonderful for stretching, target core muscles and even some light exercises if you're currently pregnant. The pump that comes up with it works great as well. This ball has been through 2 pregnancies, exercises and kids hopping with it for the past 6 years and I believe I re-inflated this once or twice, at most. Great quality and totally worth the price.

Use this ball everyday love it! So many different types of exercises to do on it. Very sturdy and comfy.
