I got this bin when I moved into my new house, which is just over three years ago. The pedal is perfectly working and it’s still going strong despite the kids constantly at it! I had high expectations considering it was from a well established brand and it certainly didn’t disappoint! It’s very easy to clean too, a quick simple wipe down. I would definitely recommend this

I really love this bin, we've had it for so long I can't remember when we bought it. It's such an amazing bin and is sleek that it fit perfectly in our corner of the kitchen by coincidence. It has a child lock which is so useful the little ones don't rummage in bin. . I love the foot pedal - it doesn't require much effort and it lifts without having to touch the bin keeping hands clean, it has started to show signs of wear and doesnt open as fast, we do need a new one to be honest. I do recommend and will be buying the same model again as long as it's not out of production
