I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with the Simple Vital Vitamin day cream. On one hand, it completely lives up to the “kind to skin” promise. It's fragrance-free, doesn't irritate my skin and hasn't caused any breakouts, which is a massive win for me, Especially, when trying to find a cream with built-in sun protection, which this does. On the other hand, the formula feels a bit too heavy for a daytime cream. Instead of absorbing quickly, it tends to just sit on top of my skin for a while, leaving a noticeable shiny, greasy film. I love wearing foundation and because of this film, it isn't ideal as my makeup just won't sit well over it. By lunchtime, my makeup ends up sliding off. The SPF 15 is also pretty low for full sun protection, meaning I still have to layer another sunscreen on top anyway, which only adds to that heavy feeling. It's a decent, affordable option if you have very dry skin and don't wear much makeup, but for me, it's just too greasy for everyday wear.

A brilliant cream for sensitive skin especially as someone who is break out prone this day cream gives me spf protection without the heaviness of a sun screen! I feel it is scentless which again makes it ideal for sensitive skin 💓

I picked this up when I was away and had ran out of my cream. This is good for the price. It didn’t break me out. The packing is solid to throw in your case and it is also a spf. Great product
