These are hands down my favorite pancakes! Gluten and dairy free although you’d never be able to tell, they cook up like a dream. I love adding cinnamon vanilla, and blueberries to my batter to make an extra delicious breakfast!

Fabulous pancake GLUTEN FREE alternative! This is my first time trying it and I’ve really enjoyed it. I do not find it gritty. It mixes easily and well with milk and eggs. The Ingredients are clean and good for you without compromising taste.
