I don't normally do gluten free but,I tried these because my husband is diabetic and these are low in sugar and carbs. They came out moist and they taste good. I should mention that I made the batter following the directions for a loaf before I realized I was out of foil to cover it as indicated so I made muffins instead and they still came out perfect. I also used milk instead of water and my muffin pan makes 6 instead of 12 so I had to make two batches but they still turned perfect. I will definitely make them again.
As far as almond flour mixes go this one is decent. It tasted good, but like usual a little grainy. It doesn’t make 12 like advertised unless you want tiny muffins though.
