Similac® Alimentum® Infant Formula
- "My son has a milk protein allergy so he first tried nutramigen and that gave his diarrhea so I gave this a shot and it made a huge difference!" in 5 reviews
Baby girl had a protein allergy and we had gone through 4 other brands before landing on this one. She love it and she is gaining weight! Only down side is the price and only comes in one size for powder.
After trying several different hypoallergenic formulas for my son, this was the one that worked. We were so thankful to find it and see our son finally get some comfort (and we finally got some sleep)! I highly recommend it for babies with a protein sensitivity or food allergy.
This was the worse formula my little one took. He was never satisfied with the milk so he ate constantly. Although this milk is for colicky babies, this only made my lo stomach issues worse. It does help move your babies bowels and they smell God awful but as far as helping with stomach issues it didn't do much for my lo.
This is liquid gold. Even though it's more expensive, it's worth it. My daughter was colicky and couldn't have milk or soy products. This was the only thing that calmed her down and she wouldn't spit up. Best product ever.
Our pediatrician recommended we use this for our son due to his reflux. Switching from Gerber Gentle to this was like night and day - he instantly stopped the projectile vomiting and seemed less gassy and a lot happier. The stuff smells horrible, but that's a small price to pay if it makes your baby stop crying. It's also pretty expensive; luckly we only had to use it for a few months until he outgrew the reflux around 6 months
This formula has save me. My son is lactose intolerance, I did not know what to . Hhhe came home from the hospital and we did not know why he was just goin to bathroom so often, till we took him to the dr, she gave us the liquid one to take home and try over the weekend, and trust me this so good for him we did not have any more problems sine then. I love it.
My daughter had a very sensitive tummy as a baby. Breastfeeding wasn't working out and after trying several different formulas, we came upon this. Within a day the screaming stopped, the spitting up stopped and we seriously ad a completely different baby.
Similac has all your needs in a baby milk. this one is good for if your baby has food allergies or colic. due to protein sensitivity. and it has everything in it that you would want your baby to have.
My nephew had to use this formula and I almost threw up when I opened the can for the first time. It smells absolutely terrible and makes their poop an spit up smell even worse. On the other hand, my nephew has horrible allergies and this is the only formula that he was able to use that didn't upset his stomach.
This stuff smells terrible but is a miracle milk! It's a little more expensive than other formulas but if it works for your baby it is worth it! We tried 4 different formulas before finding one that wouldn't hurt baby's stomach. This milk was a lifesaver
