This is suprisingly really good. I love eating it for breakfast with granola and fruit. I generally put frozen wild blueberries with it and some honey on it as well. It is a great alternative to regular yogurt, it has the consistency of yoplait. It is way better than coconut milk yogurt because it is no where near as gelatinous. I'd recommend giving it a try although im not sure how it will subsitute in cooking.
