Love the Silent Hill games. So intense and can lose hours getting caught up in these games. Silent Hill never lets me down on the awesome game play

This is my favorite game out of the SH series. The graphics were great for the time and the soundtrack was amazing. True horror at its best.
These games scare the heck outta me when i play them....but i love them! Really well done good graphics &.music & lots of jumpy moments.

Silent Hill is such an amazing series! #3 is not as good as #2... but, it is far far superior to later editions of the game series.
Great RPG game. Even though i get scared easily I still find myself playing this. Great story ,great graphic it just a great play.
I really hope they have a new release or something for PS4. These games are all scary and fun, which is the perfect combination!

I believe it is, yes. However it is a direct sequel to another game in the series and I feel it won't have the same effect if you haven't played the original Silent Hill. If you don't feel like playing such an old game before this, I'd recommend Silent Hill 2 instead.

It's a creepy game, but as long as you don't play it in the dark right before bed you'll be fine.
Has this game given anyone else Nightmares.?

Yes, but wasn't a fan. While some elements of the game made it into the movie, overall it was nothing like it and a bit of a disappointment to me.
