Wow this place screams scam! I ordered two dresses, and they were both very poor quality, the white dress took a week to arrive, and the black dress took two weeks to arrive, I immediately tried them on, and was very unsatisfied with the quality, especially regarding the price of the dresses. I reached out to them via email, I was unable to “create a return”, and they have a seven day policy window to return the dresses. My order does not show up under my profile, I’ve been trying to “create a return” multiple different ways, and I am unsuccessful. After back-and-forth with an AI email responder, they are going to dispatch me to a real person, hopefully I am able to get a full refund.

Never have I encountered a women's clothing brand with a 7 day return policy. They are a joke. I purchased so many items as I was waiting for a work brief to come through, and needed options for outfits and then realised I could not get a refund for the items I purchased. I will NEVER purchase from them again. The quality of all of their products are so poor especially considering their pricing. The quality is no better than Shein.

Low quality products. Bad customer service. Avoid. They wanted to charge me $15 to return a dress for store credit but I never want to purchase from them again! Scam website!
