The scent in these balls is very herbal. It does help eliminate odors from my children’s shoes, but left a scent that my children did not really care for. It didn’t bother me at all though. So, all in all, they work, but there is a lingering herbal scent.

Product gave me mixed feelings. I like how it has “settings” which allow you to open it more/less to allow more/less of the scent to come out. On the other hand, I didn’t find the scent to be very pleasant or clean smelling. Sort of reminiscent of an old dryer sheet. I’d probably just wash things rather than use this to combat any smells.

This product is very effective when it comes to odor elimination, had rainy days and my boots got really bad and overnight it helped removed any bad odor, they smell strong but a nice scent that makes your shoes smell like practically new.
