Since the pandemic lockdown I started making my own bread. It also cuts down on processed food additives and who doesn’t love fresh bread? The house smells great all the time! Then a small amount of sugar,water and I began the fermentation process. I add 2 or 3 tablespoons to my starter every week . It is now officially one year later and the breads taste better than ever!
