As a mushroom lover I was really intrigued by these and they delivered on texture but there is a dust on them that tastes kind of sweet. It’s not noticeable at first but after eating a few it’s a bit off putting. Otherwise, these are a very filling snack. They’re not freeze dried so they are almost full-size, dense, savory and very crunchy.

Nice airy texture yet still carries the mushroom earthiness. More filling than chips

Tasty snack. Crunchy. Lightly salted. Reminds me of dry instant noodles flavour on the outside. Light umami flavour. This would be a perfect if u pair it with an ice cold beer!!!!! I would prefer tad bit more salty but this is a healthy snack after all.
